Why should children include dairy in their daily food intake?
The dairy group contains foods that are made with milk, like cheese and yoghurt. Dairy foods are important for our teeth and bones to grow strong. They are a good source of both protein and a mineral called calcium. This video is for children aged 5-7 and will help them learn all about why they need dairy foods.
